We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work and arrange pickup or delivery.<\/p>\n          <p class=\"pl-basis\"><span>Legal basis<\/span>steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"pl-item\">\n          <h3>Messages via WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Instagram or email<\/h3>\n          <p>If you contact us through these apps, we receive whatever you send (name, number or username, messages, photos, 3D files). We use it for the same purposes as the quote form. These apps are run by their own companies and their privacy policies apply to how they handle your data.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"pl-item\">\n          <h3>Virtual try-on (camera and photos)<\/h3>\n          <p>On our glasses try-on pages you can use your camera or upload a photo to see a frame on your face. <strong>This happens only in your browser, on your device.<\/strong> The camera image and any photo you choose are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and they are not stored: they disappear when you stop the camera or leave the page. The positions of your eyes and face, used to place the glasses, are worked out on your device and are not sent anywhere either. A try-on photo is saved only if you save or share it yourself.<\/p>\n          <p>The camera only starts when you press the camera button and your browser asks for permission; you can stop it at any time. To run the try-on, your browser downloads the face-tracking software from jsDelivr and Google (see <a href=\"#third-party\">Third-party content<\/a>).<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"pl-item\">\n          <h3>Website statistics<\/h3>\n          <p>We use the statistics built into our website host, WordPress.com (Jetpack Stats, run by Automattic). It records which pages are viewed, the referring website, the type of device and the approximate country, and shows us only aggregated numbers. We do not use it for advertising and do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.<\/p>\n          <p class=\"pl-basis\"><span>Legal basis<\/span>legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used, to improve it<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n        <div class=\"pl-item\">\n          <h3>Server logs<\/h3>\n          <p>Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, browser type, time of request) in server logs for security and to keep the site running.<\/p>\n          <p class=\"pl-basis\"><span>Legal basis<\/span>legitimate interest in security<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/section>\n\n      <section id=\"cookies\">\n        <h2><span>03<\/span>Cookies and local storage<\/h2>\n        <p>We do not use advertising cookies.<\/p>\n        <div class=\"pl-box\">\n          <div class=\"pl-row\"><span>Light \/ dark mode<\/span><span>Your choice from the menu switch is remembered in your browser&#8217;s local storage (<code>pyf-theme<\/code>).
